- After spending more than ten years writing, editing and committing public relations for the federal government, it's a given I like writing fiction as much as fact. On the nonfiction side, I edited Crescent Blues for eight years. I've written features for Science Fiction Weekly and Romance Writers Report. I also wrote the text for Illumina: The Art of J.P. Targete (Paper Tiger). My first novel, With Nine you Get Vanyr, written with the late Teri Smith and published by Samhain Publishing in 2007, finaled in two New Generation Indie Book Awards categories. My short stories appear in several anthologies, including Here Be Dragons: Tales of DragonCon.
